10 New Music Releases with Rob Dunham from A-MNEMONIC

If you like to discover new and interesting music then read on. Every week Rob Dunham from London-based music production company A-MNEMONIC shares his top 10 of the latest releases and tracks that you might have previously missed, for you to enjoy!

I’m back after having had a few weeks away, so here’s some of the music I’ve been listening to over the last two weeks.

First on my list this week is 'Bicycle' by the new Swedish duo BC Unidos, who have teamed up with Zimbabwean/Californian vocalist for their debut single. ‘Bicycle’ is the perfect summer track – a lively and totally enjoyable pop song, led by Shungudzo’s distinct and appealing vocals.

Production duo THANKS have returned with their new track ‘I Can Get’, and have teamed up with singer Christian Vium from the Danish rock band Go Go Berlin. With a vocal almost sounding like Peter Gabriel or Phil Collins, Vium offered a bold and rocky vocal delivery on a sparkling soundscape made of playful disco textures, shimmering synth stabs and funky-tinged melodies. A great track.

The last on my list this week is the single ‘International’ by the electronic pop group London Drones Club. Filled with a phased beat, prodding synth lines and a vocal that wraps itself around the music, this is a piece of work you shouldn’t miss.
