We’re on the lookout for Junior Creatives to join our expanding team. So, if you’re mad about design, a whizz with words or have a head bursting with fresh ideas, we want to hear from you – whether you’re about to graduate, fresh out of university or already in the industry.
What you’ll get up to:
As a junior within the creative team you’ll have a vital role in supporting the wider Creative department.
You’ll dream up big, original ideas, hone your skills and work on exciting briefs for exciting clients.
Showcase your creative thinking on projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
Expand and refine creative concepts to make them even better.
As well as the creative team, you’ll also work alongside the Account Handling and Planning teams.
Sharing your work with the Head of Creative and Creative Directors.
What we’d like from you:
You’re a naturally curious person and problem-solver, with a real passion for the creative industries.
If Design / Art Direction is your thing, you should have a good understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite and a strong grasp of design, layout and typography.
If you’re a whizz with words and are interested in copywriting, a solid grasp of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and the ability to write in different tones of voice is a must.
A great communicator with an even greater eye for detail.
Organised and effective with your time.
You’re ready to learn from those around you, to ask questions (lots of them) and absorb every ounce of knowledge.
You have ambition, a great sense of humour, and can hold your own in our busy agency environment.
