Jesse Brihn

Director of Film Production - Droga5

Jesse Brihn
Jesse has built a career on traditional storytelling told in non-traditional ways.

Originally from Minnesota, his career got starting on the West Coast working on short films and music videos.  Intrigued by the challenges advertising posed, he joined Goodby, Silverstein and Partners before moving to TBWA\Chiat\Day and later Cutwater, where, notably, he produced some of the earliest branded content films for Ray-Ban.

He then moved to New York City to work in Content and Development at BBDO where, with the team that created BMW Films, he produced multiple large-scale transmedia productions for HBO and Starbucks, as well as several notable impact PSAs for Save The Children, Product (RED), and American Red Cross. While at BBDO, in addition to Film, Jesse also worked as an Interactive Producer building creative technology and immersive experiences and activations for AT&T, FedEX, and again, Starbucks.

Looking to lead an account, Jesse then joined Wieden+Kennedy to run production on their Nike Jordan Brand where he produced the Titanium Grand Prix campaign “Re2pect” campaign.

In 2015 Jesse joined Droga5 and is currently their Director of Film Production.

Jesse's work has been recognized by every major industry award. Notably, he has won the Cannes Titanium Grand Prix twice (Jordan "Re2pect" and Tourism Australia "Dundee"), received a Guinness Book of World Records (Starbucks "Love Project"), and developed the Grammy-winning song "Feel Again" by OneRepublic (Save the Children "Every Beat Matters") in addition to being recognized for leading the team that created the recent D&AD Black Pencil winning work for The New York Times along with many others.
