Celeste Dalairac
I was born and raised in Argentina where I worked for most of my career, first as a copywriter and soon after, as a self-taught art director.

I worked at Savaglio, Kepel & Mata, Don, Ogilvy and Del campo Saatchi Argentina.

In 2014 I was one of the 12 women chosen to be part of the first See It Be It program (a Cannes Lions initiative that aims to further women in the creative industry.) 

In 2016, while working at Saatchi Bs As, I was offered a Regional Creative Director role in the London office. While at Saatchi London, I was part of the Creative Council and a member of Publicis’ VivaWomen. 

Two years later I moved to Santo London (an Argentinian creative hot shop backed by WPP) as a global creative director but after a year, decided it was time for me to take some time off to do my third round of IVF.

It wasn’t long before I was back at Saatchi and pregnant. 

I’m now at Grey London where I’m the executive creative director.

Throughout my career I've worked for some of the biggest brands in the world, including Coca Cola, GSK, Unilever, P&G, Avon and Vodafone and won awards at Cannes Lions, WAVE, CLIO, One Show and FIAP.

I was a jury at el Diente (Bs. As.), Laus (Barcelona) and D&AD (London). 

On my spare time I used to do all kind of courses, ballet, piano, jewellery, Italian. But now I mostly spend time with my family and my dog.
