In 2020 Amazon played crucial role in many people’s survival during COVID, by delivering essential items to homes globally. A lifeline to many of its customers; the brand is still polarising. Our challenge was to build brand love by acknowledging that during this difficult year, there were moments where people came together to overcome their difficulties, often with a little help from Amazon.
