We completed this lovely series of films for Teneo's Happy Meal Sustainability campaign for McDonald's. Our in-house team created all of the elements and animated them, adding a stop-motion feel to the CG toys and packaging that we created. Sound designed and mixed by Dean Jones, Dean really enjoyed himself on this one! "Straight away it was clear that due to the amount of movements the box makes would make it tricky to cut from sound effects alone. This would need to be achieved mainly with specially recorded foley sounds, so we got ourselves a happy meal box and recorded it in many many ways! The introduction of swishes and cartoon sounds help the playfulness of some of the scenes and we end in a festival of toy sounds, created from real toys and and the addition of some library special effects too.”
