We’re on the hunt for an awesome Traffic Manager to look after our buzzing central London creative studio. You’ll need to be super-organised, that’s a given, be borderline obsessed with spreadsheets and processes, but most importantly, be crazy excited to be help shape the creative team of an industry leader in PR.


You’ll be tasked with loving and supporting our studio of 30 individuals (the wider business is about 250 people)

across a vast range of projects and brands in the technology, consumer goods, healthcare, food and agricultural industries. 


Our team is made up of designers, film makers, producers, strategists, project managers and production and we’re situated next to the Tate Modern in a great office on London’s vibrant South Bank. This position reports to the Operations & Business Director and operates within the creative team.


In a nutshell you'll be responsible for ensuring that the design and video teams are running smoothly, briefs are written on time, internal and external resource is booked, processes are being refined and all the team is well supported.


Responsibilities include:

  • Pro-active and reactive – resource scheduling and ensuring there is resource to cope with all incoming work both planned and unforeseen
  • Resourcing - identifying and appointing the correct resource both internal and freelance/suppliers and briefing when required. The growth and mountainous of our network of creative contacts.
  • Communication - facilitating connections and clear communication between all stakeholders in the agency and leading negotiations on delivery timelines and resourcing in conjunction with the client service and project management teams. This role is the primary point of contact new design and video briefs
  • Commercials - scoping out projects and determining the feasibility of producing final creative work across a variety of outputs. Keeping the Head of Studio and Creative Director updated on the creative capacity and output of the studio
  • Operations - Constant development and improvement of processes to make the department more efficient



  • A calm, friendly and hardworking disposition. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. We need positive, proactive team members, eager to help, take on responsibility and able to work on their own initiative
  • We’re looking for someone with excellent negotiating skills, not afraid to push back, but always eager to work collaboratively and find a solution
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads. The capacity to prioritise tasks and work under pressure. You will have the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
  • Ability to recognise the working styles and preferences of a range of brands and designers
  • A borderline obsession with spreadsheets and a hunger for problem-solving.
  • We’d love someone passionate about creativity who can bring ideas and creative solutions to help us deliver exceptionally innovative work


  • Previous experience as a Traffic or Studio Manager or related field
  • Agency experience desirable
  • Demonstrated production background essential
