Compositor, Piranha Bar, Dublin.
Piranha Bar, Ireland’s award winning animation and VFX driven production studio is looking for a full time compositor. We are looking for compositing talent at a variety of experience levels and expect to offer on the job training and software upskilling.
About the Role:
• Be the finishing talent that composites Piranha Bar’s projects, from multi pass high end 3D animation to full on VFX and live action.
• Experience the dynamic and stimulating creative environment of short form commercials along with some innovative longer form work.
• Software agnostic environment with Nuke studio, Flame and After Effects provided.
About You:
You want to be a senior compositing artist who works on a variety of stimulating next level content. Your immersion in global VFX culture ensures that you are always learning new things. You’re great with colour and composition but are a bit of a whizz with software too.
About the Credentials:
• Any experience level considered but good working knowledge of compositing software (2 years minimum in education or post production) essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Dublin. Remote work terms can be negotiated. A compositing reel demonstrating skill and talent level is required. It doesn’t need to be long - just pick your best bits. Breakdowns and description of your role on each shot is a bonus.
