Absolute is looking for a Senior VFX Producer to join our crew. We are a tightly knit and effective studio who are passionate about creative work and the people that create it. As a Producer at Absolute, you will need to be an enthusiastic self starter, someone that is a creative problem solver and that works well in a team environment. Producers at Absolute wear many hats - you are an expert in producing for visual effects, you understand your clients and your colleagues needs and help to find creative solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Successful production and management of VFX, animation and Digital projects
• Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Working with Absolute artists and crew to bid new projects
• Taking ownership of your workload and projects from start to finish
• Project management and allocation of resources
• Being an ambassador for Absolute by attending industry events, awards, talks and being actively involved in industry-based communities

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Min 5 years experience in VFX and Animation production (ideally in a commercials VFX house)
• Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of CETA software advantageous
• Ability to build up rapport and strong relationships with clients and fellow crew
• Attention to detail and constantly looking for ways to improve operational efficiencies within a business environment
• Proactivity and ability to demonstrate a desire for creating work of the highest quality

*This role is currently remote working only but will transition to a balance of working from home and working from our London studio when circumstances allow.
