As a social media manager you will be in charge of all Luti Media social platforms, including Instagram, Youtube etc. The role will involve all tasks associated with creating a strong online social media presence by creating and managing content. 

You will need to plan, implement, manage and monitor the company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase its brand awareness.

Content will need to be updated daily due to the fast paced nature of the industry, and be approved before posting. The ideal candidate will bring creative ideas to the platform, and have had experience creating content on social media before. 

As a social media manager  you'll need to:

·       Create content using Adobe softwares such as illustrator and photoshop

·       Present creative ideas for all social media platforms

·       Upload onto social media everyday

·       stay up to date with Luti Media news, awards and video content that will need to be posted onto social media.

·       Oversee and keep up to date with popular culture and trends

On job training provided. Recruits will be given access to real world pitches, treatments, scripts, and given guidance  on what works. 

Recruits will be given access to curated reading materials, and / or courses that will be beneficial to the role. The candidate will be given courses that range from 1 - 4 days that will be paid for by the company, to assist the candidate in navigating through necessary software that will help them in completing tasks. These courses will be monitored by a manager who will make sure they understand the lessons, and are confident before moving onto the next course.

Recruits will have mentoring sessions with senior staff at least once a month where they can ask questions and seek guidance.
