Blind Pig is looking for an Animation Producer to join our Soho-based team.

We are a tight knit and effective studio who are passionate about creative work and the people that create it. Therefore, we’re looking for a Producer with a passion for animation, someone who’s confident in leading animated projects and tackling creative problems in a team environment.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

• - Coordinating the production of Animation projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget and at the highest quality
• - Working with artists and crew to pitch & bid new projects
• - Budgeting and managing new client briefs
• - Briefing new crew and establishing clear goals
• - Raising awareness of production issues and helping remove roadblocks
• - Mentorship of Junior producers working on your projects
• - Helping to foster happy and productive cross-departmental teams
• - Understanding Blind Pig’s values and communicating these effectively

Required Skills & Experience:

• - Minimum of 5 years experience in all aspects of animation for a multitude of platforms
• - Strong understanding of the UK Commercials, serial content or film markets, plus an understanding of agency networks
• - Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• - Ability to prioritise and multi-task on more than one project at a time
• - Ability to build up rapport and strong relationships with clients and fellow crew
• - Attention to detail and a proactive approach in looking for ways to improve operational efficiencies within a business environment
• - Proactivity and ability to demonstrate a desire for creating work of the highest quality

*This role will balance working from home and working from our London studio.
