About the team

  • M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment is a creative leader in the passion marketing sector, we connect brands to a diverse range of consumers through the things they love.
  • We are committed to raising our creative standards in design and pushing ourselves to deliver effective, more inclusive and creative design work for our client base which would be the envy of every agency in the world. 

  • We are sector-specific but channel agnostic meaning we execute in every channel available from advertising to live experiences and need a designer who is comfortable working in all channels.
  • We operate a fluid team across our London & Amsterdam offices and this role will cover both offices.


Role responsibilities

Working in the design department you will report directly to the Senior Designer and Head of Creative Services, as well as work closely with the Creative Services Manager and teams from across the agency.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be expected to produce a range of design work including branding material, brochures, reports, infographics, adverts, presentations, digital and internal communications. You will work on existing projects, following established guidelines as well as being responsible for creating new designs from scratch. Excellent conceptual, typographical, and layout skills are required for both print and digital projects. Video and coding experience is desirable but not essential. 

The ideal candidate will

  • Create and craft innovative award-winning work.
  • Work across numerous projects in a high-volume environment, and effectively manage their time.
  • Has a proven track record in both systematic and campaign work.
  • Exceptional knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint is essential. At least 2-3 years' agency experience is preferable, and Digital experience is a bonus.
  • Has an equal mix of conceptual thinking and design craft.
  • A collaborator. You will collaborate closely with our strategy, design, production and creative teams to ensure innovative outcomes.
  • Craft a cohesive design language across multiple elements


  • Understanding of front-end technologies.
  • Has experience with motion design.
  • Retouching skills.
  • Experience in Sketch-Up and V-Ray.
  • Knowledge of modern coding platforms.
  • Experience in the use of the broader range of Creative Suite Applications.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Design, (XD), Invision and prototyping.
  • Knowledge of digital usability and accessibility standards.
