Producer Required for Maternity Cover (Final Cut London)

August 2021 for 9 months – 1 yr (end date tbc).

Final Cut is a commercial editorial company with offices in London, New York and LA. It is home to many of the most talented editors in the business. We work with numerous advertising agencies, production companies and post houses.We are looking for an experienced Producer to cover 9 months – 1 year maternity leave. In this key role, they will work alongside the EP and one other producer.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Budgeting

- Scheduling

- Billing

- Liaising with clients: Manage existing client relationships and develop new ones.

- Provide line management and support to all editors on their projects.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

- Worked within an edit house or post production facility for minimum 5 years.

- Thorough knowledge of production and post production workflow.

- Established relationships with production companies, agencies and post houses.

- Experience using Xytech / Media Pulse or similar booking systems.

The successful candidate must have passion for creativity and be an excellent plate spinner!
