Regional Account Manager
This position requires an ambitious self-starter who is comfortable talking to the Directors of businesses, who are day to day customers.
LBB is the fastest growing online platform for the advertising and creative communications industry. This is a full-time role in a creative business with its office based in Soho, central London. This role would involve:
-Supporting customers of LBB from day 1 by helping them onboard to our platform in the best way to deliver their needs, ensure they receive value from their subscription and hit their marketing KPIs;
-Supporting the users directly over e-mail, video calls and telephone, helping to resolve their issues and convey the wide benefits of the business, all whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience;
-Communicate with members about new tools and site launches;
-Gain unique insights as to how the customers are using the platform and services and capture feedback to help inform product development;
-To provide ideas to the sales team about potential opportunities and to the editorial team about potential interesting story ideas from members.
-Candidate must be based in London and willing to travel to our office location Monday - Friday when restrictions lift
-1 year experience in account management preferred
Desired but not necessary
-Experience in account management or customer service at an SaaS or digital platform business
Pension scheme and a 25-day holiday package.
This is an open-ended role with the room to develop and grow with the business. Salary dependent on experience.
