Social Media Specialist and PR & Marketing Co-ordinator


Park Village is a multi-disciplinary and progressive offering of production company, studios and event space. We represent world class talent and work with creative brands and artists from the worlds of advertising, film, art, music and fashion - and we have a lot to talk about!


We are looking for a dynamic and creative social media expert to join the team and showcase the wide variety of progressive work we and our community produce to the Universe. The right candidate will work closely with our Executive Producers to promote our values and expand our reach effectively to existing and new networks. You will have the opportunity to help shape our marketing approach and play a key role in our journey.


RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:


Social Media

  • Grow awareness of our brand by creating regular innovative, crafted and engaging assets showcasing what's occurring in the PV world
  • Plan and create original material that works across our different social platforms
  • Manage a consistent tone across all social media channels, representing the company's positive, friendly and professional voice and values
  • Interact within our social media community and grow our network
  • Leverage automation and analytics tools to track and optimise future content
  • Create and manage a media calendar
  • Manage contact databases
  • Conduct regular research to ensure our brand's social media strategy remains relevant within the wider industry


Website

  • Implement website updates and changes using our CMS
  • Create posts and updates for news section of websiteUse web analytics software to monitor performance and reach whilst making recommendations for potential improvements


PR & Press

  • Write copy for press releases
  • Send and share new work with key industry press
  • Compile, design and send newsletters using MailChimp and ensure databases are monitored and consistently updated
  • Enter work into awards via on-line submissions
  • Suggest and share ideas for implementing new ways to develop brand awareness and achieve strategic aims
  • Other responsibilities include
  • Create company promotional assets
  • Curate and maintain our Vimeo channel


Key Skills

  • Experience understanding key social media platforms, their communities and nuances
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Expert with content creation tools
  • Experience using analytical and planning tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task whilst keeping organised


Ideal Candidate

  • You will have previous experience running successful social media accounts in a creative company
  • Have knowledge of how to build a brands image with strategic understanding
  • Have a creative, inventive mindset with a desire to offer up new ideas to maximise our social media effectiveness
  • Have high standards for attention to detail
  • Be an enthusiastic and highly-motivated team player
