Frontend Developer

Resn is looking for an ambitious and motivated frontend developer to join the team at our studio in Amsterdam.

What sets you apart is your drive to make designs come alive using JS, HTML & CSS.

You possess a deep understanding about the capabilities and limitations of browsers and devices as you translate a design into a fully functional website.

You have a sharp eye for detail, understand how to interpret a design and are able to make it fully responsive and accessible.

You are responsible and reliable. You take ownership of your work, can estimate new requirements / tasks accurately at the drop of a hat and can communicate and collaborate effectively in a team structure.


  • Fluent with CSS as well as CSS tools, frameworks and methodologies (think SCSS, BEM, Tailwind)
  • Prior experience with making sites comply with accessibility requirements
  • Comfortable with frameworks like Vue and React as well as vanilla JS solutions
  • Solid knowledge of Node.js and build tools like Webpack
  • Good understanding of Git

Bonus Points 

Experience with integrating WCAG 2.0/2.1 standards

  • Experience with graphics APIs (WebGL, Canvas2D or libraries built on top of these APIs)
  • Skilled in making animations for the web, both physics-based and time-based
  • Comfortable setting up architecture for modern day web-apps (think state management, loading strategy, separation of concerns)
