JUST Media, a leading independent US media agency, launched a new agency model in 2019 fusing media, creative and data to grow our clients’ brands. Our vision is an integrated model of strategic, award-winning creative based on data-driven insights working with innovative media to drive high performance and iterative improvement. About the Role:
This is a chance to take something truly new and run with it. You will partner with our Head of Creative to take our vision of what creative can and should be in 2020 and beyond, and evangelize it with our clients and the industry. You’ll continue to grow our new model’s success in the market, and help grow our multi-talented, collaborative and entrepreneurial creative team.
We’re looking for a powerhouse creative talent with killer strategic and presentation skills, with an appetite to push the boundaries, grow our clients’ business, and grow our team and their success. You're a conceptual big thinker as well as a great copywriter who's happy to dive in on projects as needed. Experience with tech B2B and digital advertising will be highly advantageous in this role, although we have a diverse range of clients across all business sectors. senior creatives, emerging digital rock stars, and production personnel. We have a formidable mix of specializations in-house, including video, motion graphics, animation and UX, with specialist partners for HTML5, Marketo development, and deep content creation.

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising; or equivalent work experience

10+ years agency or brand experience

Excellent presentation skills

Entrepreneurial approach to organic account growth

Excellent conceptual creative development

B2B tech experience, and relevant industry experience

Incredible communicator, able to take/give clear direction

Entrepreneurial approach to organic account growth

Demonstrate a deep understanding of all facets of digital and traditional advertising including social, mobile, web, display, and media.

Experience working directly with brands and clients to determine specific needs and creative ways to exceed expectations

Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams, and leading creative talent

Experience working in a data-driven environment

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
