Our client is looking for a CRM and Customer Experience focussed Planner who can partner and help shape the client’s needs. This person will be responsible for one of the agencies most coveted accounts, hunting down and applying insights about people and their behavioural drivers to inspire better, more engaging and more effective creative work
The Ideal candidate
You must be a highly strategic and collaborative Planner with a passion for Customer Experience and an excellent understanding of the digital landscape
- A champion of the consumer, fascinated by the drivers of behaviour. You know how to apply this perspective to business problems to deliver measurable results.
- Ability to present and sell a strategy and approach to clients with different levels of experience.
- You have an understanding of research methodologies, resources, frameworks and tools for insight development, measurement and evaluation.
- Excellent understanding of the digital landscape.
