This leading creative agency is looking for a Strategy Director of a few years standing. You need to have the gravitas to command a room, the creative understanding to get work to a brilliant place, and while the heart of this role is within brand planning, to have a good sense of the wider ecosystem and varieties of tools in a strategists skill set.
You need to be a clear thinker, able to digest the complex and make it powerfully simple. The client has multi-dimensional challenges to wrap your head around, if you love the rigour of strategy, there is plenty here to stimulate you.
At the same time, these are clients that have bought great work. The ECD and CCO with whom you would work very closely, have big plans for creative excellence and they value how much strategy brings to that.
You would be a very important part of the strategy community at the agency and with that comes the opportunity to work side by side with people whose talents are different to yours and who will challenge you to think and create differently.
