Content & Community Manager

This role will see you working within LBB's publishing team. The publishing team works directly with the LBB membership base and with the business' editorial team. LBB's membership base is made up of creative businesses from all over the world, including, brands, creative agencies, media agencies, production companies, post production companies, music and sound companies, award bodies, associations, 

Day-to-day you will be monitoring all incoming press releases and written content from LBB members and uploading them to LBB's online platform. During this process you will ensure everything is edited to read with flawless English grammar. You will also suggest and generate engaging headlines and ensure layouts of each story are eye-grabbing. You will be working to deadlines set by the editorial team, so we would expect candidates to be highly organised with exceptional time keeping skills.

Working with the publishing team you will also be communicating with clients by email and phone to ensure they understand all the benefits of their membership with LBB. Good communication skills are essential.

Essential Skills:
Excellent English grammar 
Exceptional time keeping skills
Intermediate social media skills (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Experience using Microsoft Office [Word, Excel & Powerpoint ] and Google Drive
Excellent communication skills
Keen interest in media, film and journalism

Desirable Skills: 
Experience working with website backends
HubSpot / CRM experience
Marketing experience
