New Business Manager
The studio is now looking to bolster its short-form commercials department with a New Business Manager. This role is ideal for someone with an incredible passion for developing and growing business relationships in the advertising and marketing industries and has a hunger for forging new B2B collaborations through creating animated content to be proud of.
We are looking for someone with a meticulous eye for detail who is able to multitask and has the ability to spot new business opportunities and act on them quickly.
The role is ideal for someone who thrives working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, coming up with creative ideas to develop new client relationships to grow the business. The position is perfect for someone who is confident, extremely social with a wealth of existing industry connections, and equally isn’t afraid to take risks and break the mould. You will have a strategic mindset, able to spot opportunities early on and able to build and deliver plans to realise the potential value
You’ll need to demonstrate a strong track record in bringing in high-quality pitch opportunities and a proven ability to develop and implement new business growth strategy. You’ll also be expected to bring in high-quality pitches that align with the studio's strengths and ambitions.
The role will be based in the company’s central London studio, with the opportunity to work flexi-time from home and we are also open to discussing the option of working part-time.

Creative and copywriting skills to create proposals and other commercial content

Knowledge of animation industry landscape and vocabulary and able to spot business trends
Knowledge of effective marketing theory

You have held a similar position in sales / new business for a minimum of 5 years and with a wealth of existing contacts.
You have strong existing relationships with advertising agency producers and marketing execs.
You have demonstrable experience in technology/insights/intelligence sales and using CRM systems.
