We're looking for a curious and talented coder that is passionate about using their diverse technical skillset to help make great ideas, well, greater.
We're calling this role a Creative Technologist, but if you make the cut, then we can chat about what you're actually called.
So, what will you do?
Simple. Help us generate innovative, tech-based solutions and experiences for our clients.
Specifically, you will be collaborating with strategists, creatives and experience designers to create solutions to problems.
You will be creating testable prototypes for these solutions, so we can validate that our ideas actually add value. We might do this a few times to make sure we're on the right track. Some places have fancy names for this process, but that's just what we do.
You will then help us make sure we have a plan in place to bring our solution to the real-world. We like to partner with other talented people to help with the heavy lifting, but you will be expected to act as a translator to help clients and internal teams navigate the challenges of today's connected world.
So, who are we after?
You can code. Given this role requires someone that knows about a myriad of modern coding frameworks and technologies, you'll obviously have proven experience as a developer. We've listed some of the essentials below as a starter for ten.
You tinker. You've broken things and put them back together just to see how they work. Or, you've seen that new wonderful API / framework / hardware kit and asked yourself, ‘what if?'
You have a voice. You will need to inspire the team and the agency to deliver the best digitally focused work in the world. Show them what good work is, lead from the front, and create the best work.
