Luti Media, one of the UK’s most dynamic music video, commercials, Film & TV and production companies, is looking for a New Business and Marketing Manager to join their expanding team at our London Office.
You will need to have a passion for strategic branding and marketing, a background in advertising and experience of winning new business.
You will need to able to think on your feet, shout loud and work hard in a fun, dynamic and exciting office environment.
You must be happy to work independently and also within a small, exciting and eclectic team.
Flexible but long hours and some weekend work are expected.
Key Skills required:
Communication skills, such as handling conference calls and meetings with confidence.
Being confident and likeable when presenting to clients in a wide range of sectors and disciplines
Writing and comprehending creative briefs and new business presentations
Ability to review director showreels and treatments and gauge suitability to projects
Selling, presenting and negotiating with clients
Generating new leads and exploring new opportunities
Working autonomously
You must have experience in:
Business development within marketing, advertising, and/or a film production company
Winning and maintaining clients
Networking and successfully following through with new opportunities
Social media and business marketing
Understanding of the creative and advertising industry, and recent developments
