Victoria brings her decade of SF experience to Stink Studios’ newest San Francisco venture

Creative advertising and digital experience company Stink Studios today announced the hire of Victoria Thomas as director of business development at the studio’s new San Francisco shop. In her newly created role, Victoria will be reporting to CEO Mark Pytlik.

Victoria most recently served as business director at COLLINS, where she drove partnerships with brands such as Credit Karma, Facebook, Mattel and Nike. In her new remit, Victoria will build awareness of Stink Studios in the Bay Area, particularly with technology and Silicon Valley-based clients, and play a key role in building out a brand new Stink Studios office and team in San Francisco.

“Victoria is a warm, engaged, and creatively-minded leader who has a proven history of working with some of the most forward-thinking clients in the Bay Area market. The fact that she’s already managed to generate traction while working from home is a good indicator of just how excellent she is. We’re incredibly excited to count her among our first hires in our growing San Francisco practice.”

Prior to her time at COLLINS, Victoria was managing director at Pivot Design, where she led the West Coast office's cross-functional design and account teams. She also worked in publishing at Chronicle Books, where she developed and managed business relationships for the company. Her client roster includes work for Adobe, Google, Pixar, Red Bull, Uber, and Urban Outfitters. Outside of her professional experience, Victoria is passionate about non-profit work and is both a member of the ACLU and NRDC, as well as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.

“I'm thrilled to be joining the Stink Studios team to begin building out our network in the Bay Area,” said Victoria. “For a nimble studio with technology in their DNA, San Francisco is a natural fit, and I believe our unique offering and perspective will be all the more relevant as we navigate this new existence. We’re in uncharted territory, but I’m looking forward to guiding our partners through the storm.”

Victoria's first projects as director of business development for Stink SF include growing the company’s client roster and building the team in SF post-covid, further growing Stink’s presence on the West Coast.
