Novo Amor Develops Bespoke New Track for Latest Instalment of ‘Life Is Strange’

Novo Amor, signed to Believe’s in house label AllPoints, follows the release of his second album 'Cannot Be, Whatsoever' with a beautiful new track lifted from the OST of 'Life Is Strange: True Colors'. ‘Haven’ also headlines the game's first trailer, released March 18th, and fans can look forward to discovering this delicate arrangement of strings, fingerpicked banjo and his now trademark falsetto in the game itself later this year. 

Music supervisor for the series, Ben Sumner, says: In Novo Amor we’ve found an artist with a really great fit for this game.  Novo Amor brings these extraordinary emotional textures to his music, and working with him to deliver this magical track was a real pleasure; he instantly understood the project and delivered above and beyond expectations with his custom track ‘Haven’.  

Novo Amor is Ali Lacey. He lives in Cardiff, in a house that’s part-home, part-studio, and released music through UK label AllPoints. His second album was released in November 2020; 'Cannot Be, Whatsoever' has quickly amassed 30 million streams across platforms taking Novo Amor's total streams to over 750 million.
