Difficult Conversations: Creating a Conflict Free Workplace
On Friday 24th July 2PM, MAAG are hosting a free online event for anyone who works in an independent agency. The session led by Nicole Posner who is a Workplace Mediator and executive conflict and communication coach, specialising in the Psychology of Conflict focuses on how to prevent, manage and address conflict and foster better communication in the workplace and beyond. During these challenging times agency leaders may have to have difficult conversations and creating a conflict free workplace is key to the agencies success.
Nicole Posner is author of several published articles on managing workplace conflict , has recently been featured in COACH MAGAZINE and is a regular guest on local radio and podcasts discussing conflict and communication issues.
